the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness center and the private facilities, were just what we needed to unwind and relax. the in-room breakfast was a delight, and the restaurant offered Halal food that was delicious.
We did experience a minor issue with the leisure/TV room. the room was not as comfortable as we had expected, and we found it difficult to relax.

This hotel is situated conveniently between two shopping malls, making it ideal for travellers who love to shop. It's also close to a few restaurants and even a night club. The rooms are spacious, clean and provide a beautiful view of the city and sea. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist with any queries. The breakfast spread is diverse and top-notch.
The bathroom is not up to the mark, and needs an upgrade.

The room size and cleanliness were really good. The spacious room gave us plenty of space to relax and move around comfortably. the hotel's location was perfect. It was conveniently located near key attractions and transportation options, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also loved the menu food prices. They were reasonable and affordable, great to enjoy delicious meals without breaking the bank.
The receptionist we encountered was quite rude and unprofessional. Her lack of basic communication skills and unwillingness to provide good customer service left a negative impression on us.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to two major shopping centers in the area. it's easy to access highways to travel to other parts of this city. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and the facilities provided are great. I was glad to see that parking is available on the premises and transportation services are quite efficient. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread with a wide variety of fresh local meals.

This hotel provided an exceptional experience with its luxurious amenities. the room was immaculately clean and boasted exclusive features. the restaurant served delicious cuisine, and the bar/lounge area had a fantastic ambiance. the service was outstanding, and the location provided easy access to other attractions.
The private facilities were a bit small, and the spa treatments were relatively expensive.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fine panoramic view. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the pillows, as they were not as comfortable as I would have liked. the breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
